Substance abuse is a challenging journey that no one should have to face alone. Substance Abuse Support Groups are a lifeline for those in recovery, providing round-the-clock support and a safe space to share experiences, struggles, and victories. These groups are not affiliated with Diamond Counseling Center and operate independently. They offer a variety of resources, including online meetings, discussion groups, and recovery tools.
Please note that these groups are not governed by us and we are not responsible for the content or advice provided in these meetings. Always consult with a healthcare provider for professional advice. Remember, you’re not alone in this journey, and these resources are here to help you every step of the way.
Here are some Substance Abuse Support Groups (some are 24/7) that can aid you in your journey of recovery:
American Addiction Centers (AAC): AAC offers virtual support meetings online and has admission navigators available 24/7 to answer your call. They also have a private Facebook Group for recovery support.

Our message is that an addict, ANY ADDICT, can stop using drugs, lose the desire to use and find a new way to live!
This group was established on March 22, 2020 out of Long Island, NY, when limits were imposed due to the COVID19 pandemic. The silver lining is that we found an amazing way to continue to carry the message to the still suffering addict and to broaden the base for the already recovering addict.
