A real schedule, not a vague promise
IOP runs three hours a day, three days a week — typically 12 weeks with length based on clinical need. Day groups run Monday–Thursday, 9:30 AM–12:30 PM, with Monday and Wednesday in person and Tuesday and Thursday via secure video. Evening groups meet Monday–Wednesday, 6–9 PM (Monday in person, Tuesday and Wednesday virtual), so treatment can fit around a job.
Groups small enough to be known
Groups generally include 6 to 10 participants and may include up to 12. Not a lecture hall, not a hospital unit. You will be recognized by name by the second week.
In network, not just accepted
In network with Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, and Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield. Most NJ Medicaid plans accepted, along with private pay options and a sliding scale available on request. Call to confirm your specific plan.
Seen within three business days
An evaluation takes about an hour and is scheduled within three business days of your call. The report is usually provided the same day or next business day, and it is billed to insurance.
